Blueberry Jello Salad/Larger amount

Ingredients

  • 1 large package cherry jello mix
  • 2 C boiling water
  • 1 15 oz can blueberry pie filling (with thickened syrup in it)
  • 1- 8 oz can crushed pineapple- drained and save juice
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese= room temp
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 C chopped nuts

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine jello and hot water

  2. Using juice from pineapple plus water, add enough water to make 1

  3. c liquid

  4. Stir juice/water mixture, blueberries and crushed pineapple into gelatin and pour into 9X13m and refrigerate

  5. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla and spread over congealed gelatin mixture

  6. Sprinkle cream cheese layer with chopped Nuts

  7. Chill again
