  • 2 C cooked mashed instant potatoes
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C flour-more or less- Add as you work the dough
  • Chicken broth to boil gnocchi in


  1. Knead the dough until its soft and smooth (like bread dough)

  2. Roll in strips and dice

  3. Boil broth or water with a little oil and salt

  4. Add diced dough

  5. Cook 4-5 minutes-( I cooked 8-9 minutes)
