Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 # hash brown potatoes- thawed 30 min
  • diced onion
  • 1 can cream chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 stick butter-melted
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar-grated
  • Top with potato chips, italian bread crumbs, corn flakes crushed (with butter)

Directions

  1. Top hash browns with mixture of:

  2. onions, chicken soup, sour cream, butter and cheddar

  3. Top with desired topping

  4. Bake 350 for 1 hour, uncovered
