Mushrooms-Stuffed/#2

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms-remove stem
  • Olive oil
  • Italian sausage
  • 1/2 C parmesan plus 1/4 C to top stuffed mushrooms
  • 1/2 C bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt/pepper

Directions

  1. Rub mushrooms with some oil

  2. Also use a tablespoon of oil to saute sausage-cool sausage in refrigerator

  3. Mix ingredients together

  4. Stuff mushrooms and top with parmesan

  5. Bake 450 for 15-20 minutes
