Corn and Corn Bread Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream style corn (~15 oz)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (~15 oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in greased casserole dish.

  2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
