Brussel sprouts/Pancetta

Ingredients

  • Brussel sprouts
  • olive oil salt/pepper
  • Dash balsamic
  • Pancetta-diced-cooked-can use bacon diced and cooked
  • Goat cheese

Directions

  1. Bake halved Brussel sprouts, with olive oil and salt and pepper and dash balsamic

  2. 425 for 15 minutes

  3. In serving bowl, mix cooked Brussel sprouts with goat cheese and pancetta, saving some pancetta for for garnish on top
