Pennsylvania Dutch Pepper Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Shred the cabbage and peppers and put in a large bowl.

  2. Add sugar and salt, stir. Then add the vinegar, and stir. Best if you refrigerate for a few hours.
