Giant Chocolate Chip Caramel Skillet Cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggland's Best Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Hersey's Caramel Kisses
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce or salted caramel sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Pour melted butter into a mixing bowl and set skillet aside. (If you are using a baking dish instead of skillet, butter can be melted in the microwave).

  3. Stir brown sugar into the melted butter.

  4. Add Eggland’s Best Eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix until combined.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips and Hersey Kisses.

  6. Press half of the cookie dough into the skillet and cover with caramel sauce.

  7. Then top with the remaining cookie dough, pressing evenly around pan.

  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and caramel is bubbly. Serve hot.
