Thai Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Thai peanut sauce (11.5 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg thick rice noodles
  • Peanuts and cilantro

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Combine peanut sauce and broth; toss with chicken, slaw mix and green onions.

  2. Prepare noodles as directed; drain and toss with chicken mixture. Transfer to a greased 13×9-in baking dish. Bake, covered, 10-15 minutes. Top with peanuts and cilantro.
