Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 c cooked diced chicken
  • 1/4 c red or green onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 4 slices persuade, cut up
  • 1 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 T basil
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t pepper

Directions

  1. Mix together and serve. Can be made into sandwiches or croissants or just plain.
