Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 1/2 cups sliced apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Directions

Put yellow cake mix, margarine and coconut in bowl and mix like you would for pie crust. Pat into ungreased 13 × 9 inch pan.

Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, and apples and put over baked crust. Blend the sour cream and egg; drizzle over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

You can use any flavor cake mix or any kind of fruit.
