Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 T butter (melted)
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients 1-4 together.

  2. Mix in the rest, one at a time.

  3. Beat until smooth.

  4. Lightly butter 6 – 8 inch skillet

  5. Heat over med heat until bubbly.

  6. For each crêpe, use a scant 1/4 c of batter.

  7. Cook until light brown; loosen edges with spatula, cook other side.

  8. Stake crêpes between layers of waxed paper.

  9. rve with filling.
