Crispy Polenta Bites

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. tube polenta
  • Marinara sauce
  • Shaved Parmesan

Directions

  1. Slice polenta into 1/2-inch rounds. Working in batches, cook the polenta in a nonstick skillet with olive oil, turning occasionally, until crisp and browned, 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with salt. Top with marinara and shaved Parmesan.
