Asparagus with Herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp. diet margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/16 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Separate asparagus. Place margarine, salt, water, and chives in skillet; cover tightly. Bring to boil, add asparagus and cover again. Gently boil until asparagus is tender. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
