Asparagus Pea Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 large can asparagus spears, drained
  • 1 small can green peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread, cut in half and dipped in melted butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Pour asparagus in an 8 × 11 inch baking dish. Top with peas, then soup, then cheese. Lay bread slices on top.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees until bread is golden brown and mixture is bubbly.
