Baby Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup non-fat, no-cholesterol mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. "lite" seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 to 2 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve with washed baby vegetables.

  3. makes 1 cup of dip
