Spinach & Beef Baked Ziti

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. ziti, cooked
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups Wine-Braised Brisket, thawed and coarsely chopped
  • 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 3 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix ziti, 1 1/4 cups marinara, the brisket, spinach, ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, garlic, and crushed red pepper; season. Transfer to greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Top with remaining 3/4 cup marinara and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Bake at 350 until browned, about 30 minutes.
