Bacon- Horseradish Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbles
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Serve with platter of freshly cur vegetables, or with slices of lightly toasted bagette.
