Herbed Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 3 tbsp. chopped tarragon
  • 3 tbsp. chives
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • Celery sticks, for serving

Directions

  1. Puree chickpeas with parsley, olive oil, tahini, ice, tarragon, chives, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a food processor. Top with more chives. Serve with celery.
