Ramen Sliders

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pkg. beef or pork ramen noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 hard-cooked large eggs
  • Sriracha
  • Kimchi

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 20 muffin cups. Cook noodles as directed, saving seasoning packet for meat mixture. Drain; divide noodles among prepared muffin cups. Bake until crisp and light golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Remove ramen “buns” from pans to wire racks to cool.

  2. Meanwhile, combine beef, green onions and reserved seasoning packet, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape into ten patties.

  3. In a nonstick skillet, cook over medium heat 4-6 minutes per side until done. Cut each egg into five slices. Serve burgers on ramn with egg, chili sauce and kimchi.
