Baked Brie with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) wheel of brie
  • 2 oz. sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
  • crackers or baguette slices, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. using a sharp knife, gently scrape rind off top of brie. Spread pesto over top of brie.

  2. Place in oven-proof Serve with cracker baking dish and bake until warmed, about 12 minutes. Remove from baking dish and place on serving plate.

  3. Sprinkle pinenuts over top. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
