Black Pepper-Parmesan Wedge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canola mayo
  • 3 tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 oz. Parmesan, finely grated and divided
  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/3 cup Parmesan in a bowl. Top lettuce wedges evenly with dressing, remaining 1/3 cup Parmesan and chives.
