Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
