Crunchy Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen breaded chicken tenders
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
  • 10 oz. hearts of romaine salad mix
  • 14 oz. coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup crispy chow mein noodles
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Cook chicken as directed. Whisk the mayo, honey, vinegar, mustard and sesame oil.

  2. To serve, place romaine and coleslaw mixes in a large bowl; toss with dressing. Divide among four plates. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; place over salads. Sprinkle with noodles and almonds.
