Baked Corn and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked corn
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 cup fresh bread-crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. fat

Directions

  1. Mix seasoning with the corn and tomatoes and pour all into a greased baking dish.

  2. Spreads the crumbs over the top, dot them with the fat, and bake in a moderate oven (350 to 400 degrees) for 30 minutes.
