Baked Goose Breast Fillets

Ingredients

  • 6 goose breast fillets
  • Salt, fresh-ground black pepper
  • Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 soup cans milk

Directions

  1. Season fillets with salt and pepper, and roll in flour.

  2. Put butter or margarine into a skillet and heat to frying temperature.

  3. Brown fillets on both sides. Place the fillets in a glass covered casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

  4. Mix soup and milk, and pour over meat. Reduce heat to 275 degrees and cook 30 to 45 minutes or until breasts aqre done.
