Baked Green Beans in Tarragon Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. green beans
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
  • 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Prepare green beans; cook in salted water about 12 minutes. Drain; arrange in shallow baking dish. Dot with butter.

  2. Mix 1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves with heavy cream. Pour tarragon/cream mixture over all; sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs.

  3. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
