Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 10 to 12 lb. fully cooked ham, with bone in
  • 2 cups orange marmalade

Directions

  1. Remove skin from ham. Trim evenly. Score surface in a diamond pattern.

  2. Place on rack in roasting pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Brush with 3/4 cup orange marmalade. Bake 40 minutes longer, brushing with marmalade every 10 minutes.

  3. Variation: Instead of the marmalade, blend brown sugar, 2 to 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard and the juice from a can of pineapple rings until they form a thick sauce. Brush over the ham, and bake as directed, basting with sauce instead of marmalade.
