Baked Ham with Cola Gravy

Ingredients

  • 10 lb, ham
  • 1/2 cup vinegar and meat tenderized mixed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 large bottles cola beverage

Directions

  1. Rub ham with met tenderizer and vinegar, salt and pepper. Place in deep baking pan; pour cola around ham. Cover with tin foil. Press edges around pan to seal. Cool 2 hours or until tender at 350 degrees. Add more cola beverage, if needed for gravy.
