Baked Orange Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean thick end pork chops
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 or 2 oranges, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Arrange chops in casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and top with orange slices. Pour juice over top, cover and bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
