Baked Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. canned chunk pineapple
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 10 slices bread, broken up

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in covered baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. The dish should be covered during baking except for final 10 to 15 minutes to allow for browning.
