Baked Potatoes with Chef’s Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 baked potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded process cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 to 2 tsp. snipped green onion

Directions

  1. Scrub and pierce potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

  2. Whip butter and cheese until fluffy. Add sour cream and green onion. Beat well until blended. Serve sauce with potatoes.
