BBQ Shrimp for Two

Ingredients

  • 18 to 20 large shrimp, cleaned and deveined, raw
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes if using wood or bamboo

Directions

  1. Heat grill.

  2. Sprinkle shrimp with onion powder and place in sealable bag, add soy sauce and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Place shrimp on skewers, using two parallel skewers, spaced about 1 inch apart for each set of shrimp. Grill 1 minute on each side, or until shrimp are opaque and rust-colored.
