Grilled Ginger Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken breasts
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry sherry
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
