Baked Tilapia with Gralic and Herb Oil

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz. tilapia filets
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 oz. frozen chopped spinach, drained, patted dry
  • 1/2 cup Spanish onion, chopped into 1/4-inch dices
  • 4 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Rub tilapia fillets with 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil

  3. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend evenly on each fillet.

  4. In a separate bowl, toss spinach and onion with remaining olive oil.

  5. Spread spinach and onion mixture in 4 rows on baking sheet. Top each with a tilapia fillet.

  6. Bake 5 to 7 minutes, depending on fillet thickness.
