Baked Veal Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 2 lb. veal cutlets
  • flour

Directions

  1. Stir the soup mix into boiling water. Dredge the veal with flour and pound well.

  2. Cut the veal into individual portions and saute in small amount of fat in a skillet until lightly browned. Place in a baking dish and add the soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
