Glazed Carrots

  • 2 lbs large carrots cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley


  1. preheat oven to 425

  2. in medium saucepan add butter and cook over medium high heat

  3. Continue to whisk for a few minutes until butter starts to become frothy and brown

  4. Add honey and garlic and remove from heat

  5. In large bowl add carrots and drizzle sauce on top , toss until well coated and spread evenly on large baking sheet

  6. Season with salt and pepper

  7. Bake 15-20 mins

  8. First 10 mins covered with foil

  9. Serve and garnish with parsley
