Artichoke, Basil and Mozzarella Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • salt to tast
  • 1 loaf french or italian bread

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Let it set for several hours so flavors develop. Slice bread and toast. Spoon topping onto bread. Enjoy!
