Balsamic Onions

Ingredients

  • 4 large red onions, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1.2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Place onion slices in bowl and drizzle with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Place in single layer on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

  2. Grill onions on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from grill and serve with grilled steak, seafood or chicken.
