Banana Bob Appetizers

Ingredients

  • 3 large medium-ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 16 (4-inch) wooden or metal kabob skewers
  • 16 medium fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2/3 cup bottled honey mustard dressing, raspberry-walnut vinaigrette or blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1. Toss banana slices in lemon juice; drain.

  2. Thread skewers alternately with banana chunks and pineapple; ending with a strawberry on the end of each skewer.

  3. Arrange kabobs on platter. Serve with crock of prepared dressing for dipping.
