Banana Cake That Doesn’t Last

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 unbeaten eggs
  • 2 cups mashed overripe bananas
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple

Directions

  1. Mix by hand. When all is blended, pour into large Bundt pan. Van also use a large tube pan.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
