Bacon Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 9 slices bacon, cut in half

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425*.

  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  3. Drain artichoke heart quarters, reserving liquid.

  4. Wrap each artichoke heart quarter with a half-slice bacon.

  5. Secure with a toothpick.

  6. Place on baking sheet.

  7. Drizzle with reserved liquid from artichokes.

  8. Roast 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.

  9. Serve immediately.
