Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hoisin
  • 2 tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 12 chicken wings, wing tips discarded, wingettes and drumettes separated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp. flour

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.

  2. Bring marmalade, vinegar, hoisin, sriracha, and soy sauce to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and toss with flour. Spoon 1 cup of orange sauce over chicken and toss to coat.

  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, then turn wings over and bake until cooked through and lightly crisped, about 20 minutes more. Transfer chicken to a serving platter and serve with remaining orange sauce.
