Banana Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • and seeded
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bananas. Stir gently. Add bananas and stir until just combined. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
