Italian Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Pulse all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor. Slowly pulse in olive oil.
