Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar lightly salted, dry roasted peanuts

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 × 13-inch baking pan; set aside.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the butter, barbecue sauce, garlic salt and ground red pepper. Add peanuts, and toss to coat.

  3. Spread peanuts in a single layer in prepared baking pan. Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until peanuts are glazed, stirring occasionally. Cool completely in pan set over a wire rack, stirring occasionally to keep peanuts from sticking together. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
