Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 3/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. cider vinegar, divided
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, brown pork chops over medium heat, about 2 minutes per side. Mix 1/3 cup vinegar, soy sauce and garlic; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until cooked through, 7-9 minutes.

  2. Mix cornstarch and remaining vinegar until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sauce is thickened, about 1 minute.
