Barramundi with Asian Marinade

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1 scallion, sliced thin (about 2 Tbsp.)
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 Australis Barramundi fillets

Directions

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together and marinate fish for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.

  2. Heat grill to medium high heat. Place fillets on grill for about 3 to4 minutes. Turn over and grill 3 to 4 minutes longer or until turns white and flakes easily.
