Fudgie Scotch Ring

A Christmas tradition

Serves 24 people

  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 6 oz butterscotch chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1 c walnut halves


  1. Arrange nut halves in ring on parchment or waxed paper. Top with thickened mixture.

  2. You can also put in a casserole dish and slice into bars, but the ring makes a nice display with some embellishment.
