Barbecued Dove

Ingredients

  • Six doves
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

  1. Split doves or use breasts. Broil under flame. Baste frequently with sauce made of remaining ingredients. Continue to broil and baste about 20 minutes or until done.
